Monday 11th July - What small DFW things will you be doing??!

When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.
But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free
Examples could be hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important. :j
Good morning what a lovely morning it is here the sun is shinning not a cloud in the sky !
Today I shall wash all the bedding on a low spin cycle and line dry it.
Try and get couple of hours work in.
Do a weekly meal planner
Walk the dog locally
Walk my son to nursery and walk to pick him up.
Start to sort out stuff for car boot DH going to do next week.
Check Bank and tesco card accounts.
Make sure DH did the money transfer
Hope you all have a good day.

Morning all,
Thanks for starting us off Tebheag
Hmmm, today is going to be interesting I think. Firstly, we have a team leader starting today, and secondly, I went to my bosses BBQ on Saturday and got drunk within 20 minutes of being there (but in my defence, they were big measures, I hadn’t eaten lunch, I didn’t embarrass myself and I ate sensibly while drunk) but, there are loads of photo’s on FB which are a little bit embarrassing – one where I was looking at my foot, but it looks like I am sleeping!!!! (think this will be doing the rounds)
Hi to all new posters and regular folk
Today I have/will
• Will have a LSD – buy something cheap for lunch from town (running late this morning)
• Make a meal plan for the week
• Pop into town at lunchtime to get some money and lunch
• Do any surveys in my mailbox
• Look for MS jobs
• Meals from stores
• Checked my online banking – no change....it still looks a bit dire
• Charging phone at work
• Think positive today
• Read newspaper online
• Read the freebie paper on the train
• Need to check out the freebies and the competition boards
• Enter comps online
• Look at a swimming timetable (can’t manage the gym until I lose a bit of weight)
• Drink plenty of water
• Take meds and vits to control hormones
• Update food diary (online and paper copy)
• Need to print off MS paperwork for a job tomorrow
• Need to catch up on the thread
• Update sig (CCCS website was down all weekend)
Will see what happens....
Take care everyone
