Best Free Debt Management Plan?

Hi guys, I'm new to the forum.
My debts currently total around £8,300. I've been using a debt management plan with Debt Free Helpline. Unfortunately they charge £65 per month for their service (I pay £365, £300 to my creditors, £65 to them) so I'm looking to find to a new debt help company instead. DFH made arrangements with my creditors to reduce the interest on a couple of my debts and freeze the interest on the rest, so I'm not paying much interest anymore.
I'm looking to move to a free debt management plan which doesn't charge for their service, so I can just pay £300 to my creditors without paying any extra to the dmp company. I know there are a few different companies that do this, which would you recommend?
I know I could just make the payments directly to my creditors myself, but some of my creditors have terrible customer service (literally you'll be on hold 20 minutes without reaching someone and it's an expensive number to call), so I'd rather have someone to contact them on my behalf.
Thanks
Haddock

Thanks for the replies, guys. I'm gonna check out CCCS and Payplan.0
