Can you down size your house? Your mortgage accounts for almost half of your take home income! It says there are 3 adults in the house, is the third adult contributing at all?
I know that sounds drastic but it might be the biggest solution?

£59 is alot for just satelite cable/tv. Get a Freeview box instead, or shop around and get a cable/phone internet deal which would be more economical, since another £40 is listed under telephone. That's almost £100 per month, far too much!0

You say there's 3 adults in the house - does he/she contribute to the househld income?
Not wishing to make things worse, but if there's 3 adults, are you sure that you only spend £200 on groceries?
Phone land line seems high - are you on the right call tariff?
You can pay line rental for a year up-front, it works out at £10 per month instead of something like £13.99 pm.0 -
