Hi, hoping for some help here.

I just manage to work full time despite having ME / CFS - in my 6th year of this most stupid illness.

I have an absolute great job in a small business. My boss' wife has MS and is extremely understanding of my illness. Unfortunately I literally survive day to day, maybe go out once a week socially if lucky and on an ok week.

However I am on the edge and sometimes have to leave work early so am looking to work a 9 day fortnight. As I work every other Saturday I have usually a Wednesday off that week so am looking to have every Wednesday off. One week therefore I work Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri and the next week Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri and Sat.

I have a basic salary and commission. I think the easiest way to change my salary is to go on a non commission basis. I have worked out over the last 18 months (since I have worked full time) that including my basic and commission, on average I take home £2114.00 per month.

I work 0900-1800 and every other Saturday 0900-1600.

Any help in making the overall calculation would be gratefully received.

Thank you.

Sally

surely you would take home roughly 9/10ths of £2114.00 about £1900.
