    Yes, that confused me ... but not for long ;) Someone did explain to me once why processor speed is not the be all and end all. It made sense at the time.

    The main problem with this laptop is you are getting a Solo core processor when Dual Core processor laptops can be had for around the same price these days

    If you are getting that down to £390 then buy it, you won't get dual core (with decent RAM etc to match) for less than £470.

    Must be a misprint. My first PC went at 4.77MHz and that was in 1984 :)

    I'll try and pull out some deals tomorrow, the drink is too powerful to concentrate at the moment.

    But my Toshiba dual core only cost £385 or so from Currys the other week, 1.6 Core Duo, 1gb RAM, 60gb HDD, XP MCE etc :).
