    Kitchen and bathroom full of sweaty men, living room, hall, stairs and landing full of dust and boxes, 3 bedrooms full of assorted stuff from kitchen and bathroom, guess what I'm doing today???? P:laying on lappie and supervising from a distance! God help me next week getting all of this sorted!!!!!!

    bathroom, F S S
    ironing, F
    making beds, F S S
    vacuuming high traffic areas F S S
    making meals T F S S

    Ok here goes this week!

    Wednesday ~ Kitchen & dining area
    Level one
    mop!
    Level Two
    Wipe out fridge
    Level Three
    Wipe over oven and hob

    Thursday ~ childrens room/spare room

    Level One
    Strip, wash and replace bedding
    Level Two
    Sort out a box or drawer of junk
    Level Three
    Wash curtains and windows if they need it
    Wipe radiators and defluff down the back (coat hanger or stick with a sock on the end works wonders, I secure it with a hair bobble or rubber band)

    Extras
    1. 15 minutes filing
    2. HHI (or other HHC)
    3. Rehome 5 items from the house (they can be charity shopped or binned or sold or freecycled.. your choice!)
    Friday ~ Master bedroom & landing
    Level Two
    vacuum
    Level Three
    Clear the landing.. or spend a HHC on it improving it!
    Wipe over ALL the upstairs doors.. both sides! don't forget the tops!
    Dust and deweb and chase away those arachnids!

    Extras
    1. Clean fronts and backs of radiators
    2. Compose a 10 item frog list for next weeks thread!
    Well, most of the dailies done and some bits from the list have been done over the past couple of days. Cuppa now :D

    Monday ~ Living room, hall and Stairs
    Level One
    Declutter all the flat surfaces above the floor!!
    Level Two
    dust and deweb
    Vacuum and mop
    Wipe over the sofas, or any marks off them
    Level Three
    Wash any soft furnishings that are in need
    Wipe and water plants
    Wipe over any cabinets/electricals get rid of those stick finger prints!


    Extras
    1. Wash windows if they need it
    2. Wipe any grubby paintwork/marks off walls/doors
    3. Polish any metal (brasses or silver!)/glass
    4. Empty and sort a cupboard or drawer
    Tuesday ~ Bathroom and study (feel free to substitute other room)
    Level One
    Declutter and mop floorsOne bathroom done
    Remove mildewy mouldy bits ditto
    Level Two
    Clean bath/shower/loo/bidet/basins etc.. ditto
    Empty out the bathroom cabinets, give them a good scrub and put back only the stuff you will use.. get rid of the rest!!! ditto
    Clean the radiators.
    Level Three
    Declutter 100 useless emails and run defrag.. race the defrag.. clean those tiles!
    Wash any grotty marks off walls and doors.. and the underside of the sink..
    Declutter the desk and make it all shiny.


    Extras
    1. Wash shower curtains, bath mats, sticky sofas and fluffy blinds!
    2. HHI
    3. Tell someone you love that you love them.. someone you haven't told for a while.. so not the cat!.. even if you email or phone to tell them.. :D
    4. Descale the shower head!
    Wednesday ~ Kitchen & dining area
    Level one

    Extras
    1. Clear and wipe window sills
    2. Wipe internal and back door.. both sides!
    Thursday ~ childrens room/spare room

    Clear the tops of wardrobes and chests of drawers
    Sort out a box or drawer of junk
    Level Three
    Wash curtains and windows if they need it

    Wipe away all the dust and grubby marks and sticky splodges
    Extras
    1. Binbag dance
    2. 15 minutes filing
    3. HHI (or other HHC)
    4. Rehome 5 items from the house (they can be charity shopped or binned or sold or freecycled.. your choice!)
    Friday ~ Master bedroom & landing
    Level One
    Strip, wash and replace bedding!
    Clear the tops of at least 1 cupboard!
    Spend a minimum of half an hour pampering yourself!
    Level Two
    Clear floordrobe and vacuum
    Wash curtains and windows if required
    Tidy up your random piles of shoes and handbags!
    Level Three
    Clear the landing.. or spend a HHC on it improving it!
    Wipe over ALL the upstairs doors.. both sides! don't forget the tops!
    Dust and deweb and chase away those arachnids!
    Extras
    1. Clean out pets and wash smelly pet beds
    2. Clean fronts and backs of radiators
    3. Wipe away any sticky marks fom walls
