Calculating a reduction in salary

Hi, hoping for some help here.
I just manage to work full time despite having ME / CFS - in my 6th year of this most stupid illness.
I have an absolute great job in a small business. My boss' wife has MS and is extremely understanding of my illness. Unfortunately I literally survive day to day, maybe go out once a week socially if lucky and on an ok week.
However I am on the edge and sometimes have to leave work early so am looking to work a 9 day fortnight. As I work every other Saturday I have usually a Wednesday off that week so am looking to have every Wednesday off. One week therefore I work Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri and the next week Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri and Sat.
I have a basic salary and commission. I think the easiest way to change my salary is to go on a non commission basis. I have worked out over the last 18 months (since I have worked full time) that including my basic and commission, on average I take home £2114.00 per month.
I work 0900-1800 and every other Saturday 0900-1600.
Any help in making the overall calculation would be gratefully received.
Thank you.
Sally

You want to go non-commission, so we need to know what your non-commission, i.e. basic salary, is. We have no idea what proportion of the £2,114 is basic/commission. We have also have no idea what the commission structure is and on what basis you earn commission.
If all things were equal and you earned the same amount of commission each day, and kept commission, the only thing we can tell you is that a 9 day fortnight would pay 90% of a 10 day fortnight.0 -
As I have already averaged out the salary it does not matter what is commission and what is basic. Thank you for the 9/10ths equation. My ME brain has given up!!
