Terms & Conditions Draw 2011

1.How to Enter
To participate in this prize draw, enter the required information onto the prize draw form including your complete name, address (no P.O. Boxes); postcode and email address.
2. Entry
Only one prize draw entry per household irrespective of the number of free entries. Only fully completed entry forms are eligible.
3. End Dates
The prize draw ends at midnight GMT on 1 December 2011. The draw will take place on or before midnight GMT on the 31 st December 2011
4. Eligibility
Participation is open only to those aged 18 and over on the date of entry. Employees and directors of SECTA, its members, advertising and public relations agencies and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/members are not eligible to enter.
5. Drawing
Three winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Drawing will be conducted by SECTA, its decisions on all matters related to this prize draw will be final and binding. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the prize draw.
6. Prizes
The prizes offered are described on the website www.secta.org.uk The prizes are for accommodation only. They do not include the cost of travelling to or from the prize or any other costs incurred whatsoever in the taking of the holiday. Food is not included as the prize is for self catering accommodation only. The prizes cannot be taken in conjunction with any other offer.
The prizes consist of the following and will be drawn in this order.
1 st prize – 7 nights self catering accommodation for 2 people
2 nd prize – weekend self catering accommodation for 4 people
3 rd prize – 3 nights self catering accommodation for 2 people
When the prize winners are notified they will also receive the contact details for the prize giver. It is their responsibility to discuss directly with the prize giver the dates that the prize will be taken. No discussion or third party intervention will be undertaken by SECTA.
The prize may be taken only between the following dates:
January 4 th – 19 th April 2012 inclusive
May 8 th – 21 st May 2012 inclusive
September 3 rd – 30 th November 2012 inclusive.
In addition, this will be subject to the availability of the prize givers accommodation.
Accommodation means any flat, house, timber lodge, cottage or caravan used for holiday purposes.
7. Notification
The winners will be notified by email. If any winner cannot be contacted or in the event of non-compliance with these prize draw rules and requirements, the prize will be forfeited.
The prize will be forfeited if:

• Any winner cannot be contacted (contact will only be attempted via the email address submitted at the time of entry)
• No acknowledgement is received within 30 days of notification by SECTA
• The winner has not claimed the prize within 30 days after being notified.

Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
The winners will receive the contact details of the provider of the prize that they have won so that they can make direct contact to check for suitable available dates to take their prize.
8. Conditions
Participation in the prize draw and acceptance of any prize constitutes winners' permission to use their name, address town/city, likeness, biographical information and any statements made by winners regarding the prize draw for promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, all entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless SECTA, advertising and promotion agencies, and all employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the prize draw, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize draw-related activity and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery insofar as this is allowed by law. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this promotion in any way shall be disqualified. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. There is no purchase or sales presentation required to participate.
9. Additional Terms
SECTA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this prize draw should (in its sole discretion) causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the prize draw. In such case, they will select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken. SECTA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the prize draw or Web site. Additionally, SECTA reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. SECTA disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied associated with any of the prizes.
10. Winners List
