Help with SOA

I am currently trying to fill out SOA, i am on MAT LEAVE with no income at the moment other than £80pm Child benefit,
I live with my partner in his home, i don't pay rent or any of the bills anymore, just take care of our child and use his income for groceries etc...
My pay stopped in July currently in IVA and going to have to fail this first, I am speaking with them tomorrow.
My question is what do i include on the SOA and do i have to put all partners details down?
Does this affect him in anyway?
Also will he have any money taken from him? if he pays for everything and i have no income anymore
Thanks for any reply's very confused with the BR process

Your partner will not lose any of his income if you go BR.
You include all joint household expenditure, plus your personal medical, hair etc. costs. Then you just put down your partner's contribution towards the joint expenditure.
As Dojo says though, do contact one of the free debt advice charities who will be able to go through everything with you and may even negotiate with your creditor to avoid you having to go BR.When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN
