Hi Guys
Was listening to Radio 4 Money Box live on Mortgages and one adviser was recommending a mortgage product(lasts for 5 years) which start off has a tracker then after 2 years(currently 2.29%) it turns to a Fix rate for 3 year (FIX at 3.99%)
I have never heard of this ?
Could someone help me?
Which Building Society offers this product?
Regards
Stephen

Here you go....
http://www.charcol.co.uk/best-buys/mortgage-details/2-year-bank-base-rate-plus-1-79-followed-by-3-year-fixed-rate-132/
High fees, but am also considering this myself.0 -
Follow on rate after 5y seems to be missing
Accord web site also seems to hide this somewhere not mentioned on the deals
Found it, 5.99% so expensive0 -
