Personally, I'd walk in to the barbers grab a pair of scissors and push the bell end up against the wall and hold them to his throat and then ask for the return of your money.

Something does sound fishy here though as who the hell lends their barber that sort of cash unless they are on a promise of big returns and dabbling in the dodgy TV market or is this thread disguised as you really gave him the money for a dodgy drug deal and he blew it all on him self?

No such website - I've just tried it.
It most certainly does exist, but you may need to register first before you see its existence, try this link:
    https://authenticate.gateway.gov.uk/sidp/SignIn.ashx?gwv=1.0&gwrealm=http://www.gateway.gov.uk/myaccount/2007/07&gwreply=http://www.gateway.gov.uk/Default.aspx
Click 'go to homepage' you can then register with moneyclaimonline

Fair enough, I used the Gateway site to register with moneyclaimonline about 6 months ago, perhaps the procedure has changed.

    Yes.
You still have to register once you've clicked through the various links. Bizarrely despite all this accessibility, once you've registered your claim on line, you don't receive any updates whether you check your progress or not, you still end up having to ring the robot lines to the Court - hey ho progess 'n all that.

My mistake, it is https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk, the site is called 'Money Claim Online', apologies for the confusion.
