Northern Rock AM - letter received today waiving ERC

Great news received today in that NR are waiving their PERC charge.

Did anyone else receive a similar letter?

I only posted this below a week or so ago so its come at a great time.

    Are you referring to NRAM as opposed to the new NR?

    Waiving of the ERC is great if you able to source a remortgage. If not you are left to the whims of NRAM's variable SVR, which isn't the most competitive.
