Has anyone got a pattern for a ladies wooly hat. I made myself a lovely cream scarf already and picked up an enormous ball of aran wool from B and Ms for £2.50 last week so I thought I'd have a go at a hat.

I caught a quick ad for one of those partwork things. It was 99p & you got a set of 'free' knitting needles with it. Looked like a basic guide, if I see it I'll get it - I can knit stocking stitch but can't cast off or on. I want to knit some dishcloths after a lady mentioned them on the board.0
