OK so I know I did this about 5 yrs ago ... but really can't remember how
Can anyone advise where I can find out how to prorata my debt repayment offers accurately? I've had a good look on the nationaldebtline.co.uk but can't see anything.
Thanks x

Basically make an offer to each creditor in proportion to your whole debt.
e.g. if one creditor makes up 20% of your non-priority debt and you have £100 per month spare to pay non-priority debts, then you offer 20% of that £100 = £20

Hi jet, how I worked out my pro rata payments was ,total debt owed to creditor multiplied by what you are left to pay your creditors then divide byTOTAL debt owed to all your creditors
Eg;amount owed to cap 1 35558
Money left to pay all debts x215
=7644970
then divide by total amount
owed to all creditors. 43757=174.70.
Hope this helps,I got this from the national debt line booklet0 -
