Hope someone can use it.

The usual price for this make and model of laptop is usually between £300 and £360. Why would anyone want to pay the extra for 3 years warranty in the first place. The chances of it going faulty are extremely remote Id be concerned about accidental damage or loss which although appears to be covered is probably not worth the paper its is printed on, and i cant access any documents that show the policy? It appears that the company were making money on the warranty aspect which no doubt very few people will use. If you paid the original price including warranty you were actually paying for a second laptop... So offering a laptop at normal price and free cover for three years when its covered for a year under normal warranty is not the great deal it appears? In fact it makes me want to avoid this company as it would charge SO MUCH in normal circumstances and it provides for Government agencies, and we know how much they get fleeced by IT contracts.
I've seen deals with just the laptop and warranty for £518.00 at other well known sites so it looks as if they were originally charging you £200 for a case and some AV
Knowing the problems experienced by people with Groupon recently on Watchdog and the complaints that have been spiralling recently i would have to say "Thanks for the Offer, but I think I'll decline"0 -
is it me, but which retailer are you talking about?0

as per the link its via Groupon
but the order is fulfilled by the The Stone Group0 -
The Stone group are a very large and very reputable company.
I'd imagine that accidental damage cover muct be fairly comprehensive given the price also as for not breaking down - yeah right PMSL!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
Looks like a very good deal from a professional supplier - OK you might not need the warranty, but if you do ........................... and it's a great laptop - I'm using one at the moment.0

Are you looking at the same spec? Sainsbury have the exact model at a more expensive price showing a reduction. As i said i know little about the laptop but it looked a good deal to me. I post the info, you do the research
