I haven't seen that. I'm assuming it's a drunk postman.

My point remains, putting it down to isolation is just as invalid as extrapolating based on one sighting. Establishing that it is a possibility however (which is the concern) is valid and faith in the postal service can be lost on that basis.

do you think nothing has changed since then?
I have posted for a long time that folk wont realise whats going on at RM until they see the results affecting them.
