no fees rip off

I took out a mortgage with H&R and it quite clearly states "no redemption charges & No Fees"

now i'm coming to look at remortgaging they are trying to charge an "admin cost" surely "no fees includes this charge

please any advise would be great

Can you tell us what's listed in section 8 of your key facts illustration?

Normally, things like legal costs, arrangement fee and valuation fee may be waived, but the discharge fee at the end and the telegraphic transfer fee may still apply.

Have a look at your KFI and mortgage offer and let us know what's shown.
