If you avoid the main parade areas you will find most places will be open, hopefully in a relaxed holiday mood too! Tesco have been advertising most stores will be open on the Twelfth,

No info on the website to say it's not http://www.niassembly.gov.uk/StormontEstate/stormont_estate_access.htm

Should it be closed (which I think not!) go on up the Upper Newtownards Road and turn off for Craigaintlet to go to Crawfordsburn County park

Let us know how you get on!

Try Newry...it's business as usual. Even the bins are being emptied like it was any other week. The only clue to there being anything out of the ordinary going on is the helicopters hovering up above and miscellaneous pipe bombs left lying around (home goals). It's madness really...I hate that there are "two sides"....can't wait for it to be over.

    Junction 1 is open.
  • Hopefully nothing.
  • The shops esp the supermarkets are that greedy they'd open on Christmas Day and Easter Sunday if they could get away with it!
