Tesco Online Groceries Help - Please move

Options
I got an order delivered last Friday and the money came off my credit card today. Tesco have charged me the full amount ignoring promotions ie they have ignored the BOGOF, 2 for £25, 3 for £5 & 2 for £2.50 deals that apply to my order and are currently still active.

I am due a refund of £13.72, has this happened to any one else? if so, how difficult are tesco in giving the refund?

Thanks

Go to the tesco's store and you should get your money back (the full amount paid for the goods) and get to keep the goods.
  • Unlikely without a bit of a fight.

The first thing they normally say is that because it was an online delivery through tesco you would need to contact them either by email or on the 0845 number on the invoice.

They do sometimes make a mistake on the prices but they should not be difficult I find now it is easier just to tell them what they should refund as on the buy one get one free etc they seem to have to work out the refund manually and they6 always get confused and then it's worth following up with and I will epxpect my delivery refunded for my inconvenience.

    I did and it states

    Cost of shopping pre-promotions: £149.43
    Service Charge: £5.99
    Total: £155.42

I was charged the £155.42 although it should have been a total of £141.70 after promotions

There was a system error at the end of last week, affected some orders. Contact the store and they will resolve it.
Who or what was I before you came in to my life
