hi, i,ve just received my cca back and its not an original, it says heres a copy of your current credit agreement, it was opened in may 2003, it says apr is 44.9% ridicolous or what! i,m sure it wasn,t that high when i first got it, i was thinking of doing a full amd final settlement, the debt is £1764 and getting higher each month with all the interest added on, i have been paying £ 50,00 a month for about 6 months now, while i don,t want to get out off paying the debt i can,t see it ever coming down, they have passed it on to ndr now, was going to offer £ 500.00 for a f and f settlement, what does anybody think off that? any advice much appreciated!

that's what they sent me back, a current one that they send out for new accounts. They couldn't have one for me as I opened the account in the 90s and never signed one.

Not sure how they will mark your credit file if you don't pay in full. What does it show on your Experian credit file now? default, arrangement to pay or does it show late payments, or up to date?
