80% LTV Best 2,3 or 5 year Fixed Rates & Advice Please

Hi,
Having read threads about the best fixes for 75% and under I thought it would be good to get something going for some of us who are not quite there yet.
I have a reserved a 5yr fix @ 4.59 with Nottingham Building Society which expires next week and we are ready to complete but i thought I would have one last look.
My story....
FTB coming out of 3 year fix with Santander @ 5.69
Current LTV 78% sitting at £200k with a valuation of £255k
Having read threads about the best fixes for 75% and under I thought it would be good to get something going for some of us who are not quite there yet.
