currently in debt by alot
virgin loan 22500 - 490pm runs out 2010
sky 45pm
internet 10pm
credit card virgin balance 3500 try to pay 100pm
lloyds credit card 2785 try to pay 100pm
sister got loan for me 200pm balance 8620 runs out 2010
car insurance 110pm
living expenses 300pm
rent 200pm
my and gf are on roughly 2100pm
i am wanting to get a mortgage house is worth 98500, any ideas on how to get sorted n try n get 125% mortgaged to clear some debts
my experian credit score is 918 out of 1000 which is classed as good

Hi and Merry Christmas.
I second Tustastic - post an SOA. You'll be advised to get rid of Sky and try to reduce your car insurance which seems atronomical. You quote living expenses as £300 pm - what does this cover? If you and GF have an income of £2100 from the above you seem to be 'losing' aroung £500pm.I have plenty of willpower - it's won't power I need.

Mate don't know if you've added it all up before but your debt totals £37,405
I really wouldn't look at getting a mortgage until this has been paid off!
Is the debt both of yours or just yours?
First things first, post the SOA as requested and then get your spending under control.
