Natwest Card Plus Help!

Hi I am 15 years of age and I have a natwest card plus account. Upon signing up for the card plus account is said I can not get overdrawn or go into debt.

But today I received a letter saying my bank account has been forwarded to the debt management team because I owe them 232 quid. Are they allowed to make me pay it because it does say in my handbook that my account cannot get overdrawn. Please help me because I have never been in this sort of situation. :'(
