What a clunky website!
Completing the starred info and clicking to register produces the registration page again with some details retained. Adding gender, same again. Adding phone number, ditto. (We use Firefox.)
Uh huh. Let's try to sign in. Gosh, that works. So how many times have we registered, I wonder.
I thought I'd report the clunkiness via the Contact Us button. That produces address and phone info, but no e-mail opportunity. Something tells me they have much to learn!0
