Could someone please tell me if the brazil nut body scrub is supposed to come sealed like the body butters do? Mine is not sealed and tbh don't look 'full'

Some come sealed but others don't, same with the body butters. I would suggest standing it on something flat (table etc) to let it settle, sometimes when they have been en route they look like some is missing.

Just received my order and their were only 2 face serums with it and I was sure that I'd ordered 3. So checked my email and lo and behold I'd only ordered 2. I think it was because I was trying to concentrate on codes and the best deals. I thought I'd give them a ring and explain that I meant to order 3 as it was on the buy 2 get 1 free, didn't think I had much chance of getting the extra one but worth a try. Anyway spoke to a lovely lady who confirmed that the deal had been on when I ordered and she's popping the "free" one in the post. How's that for customer service, Tesco's could learn a lot from the Bodyshop I think:rotfl:

Hi everyone. UPS tried to deliver my body shop order today but have been at work all day and I am out again on weds and thursday and I dont want to have to end up travelling 60 miles to collect my order. Do you think if I left a note on my front door saying to leave it somewhere they would? As i dont want to reschedule as i am out all week working. I thought they would leave it somewhere if I was not in?

Update: They just tried again now as he said he was still in the area bless him! I love all my products and I want to order more now!!! But I must stop myself!

give UPS a call and explain, I'd be wary of leaving a note on the door as someone else may see it.

I think I am addicted to the body shop. I have just been on and found some lovely things that they didnt have last time. So Im going to have to buy them! I have got all my TA's presents for christmas so far! And some things for my friend who is having a baby and of course things for me! Must not buy anymore!
