Two Companies chasing same debt
I had a loan with Blue motor finance, the car was repossessed about 18 months ago by a company called Red2Black.
Set up an agreement with Red2Black to pay what was outstanding. Have been paying them monthly since, NOW Blue motor finance are trying to get me to pay them now aswell sending me letters with charges for not paying the debt..
Called blue motor to see what happening they want me to pay them now which i did starting this month. Now today i receive a letter from Red2Black asking for the whole amount of £5100 to be paid.
What should i do??? Many thanks

Hi
You need to stop paying two people for the same debt, ask BOTH for proof that they are managing debt. Tell them to freeze the interest until they supply this information or you will take it to the FOS!
Someone is telling lies.....they both can't own the same debt!29th June -Beginning Credit Score 422
