We will try to stay awake till midnight, but can't guarantee it :rolleyes:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

We're having a house party at ours as I'll be 37 weeks pregnant and we have a toddler so it's easier than finding a babysitter and me having to drive being rather large achey and tired. lol.. Going to have beer (Well not me.. booo!), music, fun and fireworks! Can't wait! I love a good house party!Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

I'll be spending NYE in Majorca with 14 family members celebrating my parents 40th wedding anniversary (then paying for it for a lot of next year!!!!)
This has been planned for a year so paid off most of my credit card to put this on, though this will be the last time I budget for a holiday this way.More sense than money - but only just!

House parties rule on NYE! Never doing the pub thing again. Last few NYE's have been spent round mates houses. Cheap drinks from the outdoor (off licence for those who have never heard it called that!) and decent music. Plus i can usually sleep off the booze on the couch

I always have a house party. I have 4 kids and getting babysitters is a nightmare. I am Scottish living in England so it makes me feel at home. I usualy spend too much and do far too much food. This year I am going to ask everyone to bring a plate in an attempt to keep the cost down.
I love New Year!!!0 -

I hate NYE. Queuing to get in pubs to pay extortinate prices , queueing to 4 am for a cab and then th driver tales the long route but cant be arsed to argue.
If my gf isnt here , i normally get a pizza and a dvd and babysit for my sister0 -

It's only 75 miles from our winter home so will not take long to get there. Lets hope that the weather over here drys up so we can walk about freely. To Dare is To Do:beer:0 -
