When did you begin working the reduced hours? When do you start your holiday?

I'd expect to be paid as per the contract.

I think that means that, by the time you start your holiday, you will have been working 2.5 hours a week for 4.5 weeks. (So that might mean a total of 5 weeks in fact.)

Looking at the number of worked hours for the 12 weeks prior to your holiday, you will have worked 7 weeks at 3 hours and 5 weeks at 2.5 hours. The average would be ( (7 x 3) + (5 x 2.5))/12 = 2.8 hours.
So the MINIMUM they should pay for each week's holiday is 2.8 hours.
