I need a really cheap shoulder support please!

Yes I know I need to go to the doctors ... Have been putting it off for months on end but I would like some relief from my recent shoulder pain and feel even a gentle support for a shoulder would really help...

I THOUGHT I'd be able to find a really cheap flesh coloured support thingy on an online chemist site with free P&P but not having much luck as yet!!

Hmmm or maybe I've ignored it enough now and the ''relief'' I need is actual TREATMENT ... why oh why do I put off visits to the doctor???

Its only been getting worse and there is no money saving deal better than FREE HEALTHCARE we are fortunate enough to get on the NHS

If I was in another country on a very limited budget I'd possibly have to carry on suffering , but even the phone call to the Doctors will be free , so I better get onto it as after reading about shoulder pain I'm not sure a brace or support will help as I reckon I need to excersize it and take some anti-imflammatories ( every time I thought it was getting better it would suddenly get worse again! )

Any way , I know its not ''medical surgery expert'' but money saving expert , so sorry if an inappropriate thread x
