Vision Express 30 day exchange policy

I picked up new glasses from Vision Express on Monday and I have made a real mistake this time choosing the frames. I really really don't like them, and as they were varifocals with thin lenses they were very expensive (around £600 )
Vision Express do advertise they have a 30 day exchange policy. Does anyone know whether this includes if you just don't like the look of the specs you have chosen, or if it is only if your vision is not good with the new ones?
I haven't worn the new ones yet, but am really regretting my choice and as I wear glasses all the time would really like to change them if I can!

When I worked for them *shudder* it was a without quibble exchange policy, BUT they would have done anything to try and talk you out of it !
Best bet is to head back, be honest and see what they say !Bow Ties ARE cool "Just because you are offended, doesnt mean you are right" Ricky Gervais0 -
Just went back to explain the situation and they were amazing! No attempt to persuade me otherwise, just helped me choose a new pair, and processed everything as if I was buying for the first time.
I was very embarrassed when I saw on the screen that the total cost of the pair I returned was in fact over £800 not £600 as I thought as thats a huge hit for Vision Express to take because I changed my mind. But they didn't turn a hair, and even gave me a credit note for the difference between what my old ones and my new ones cost, which will come in very handy as my OH has just broken his specs and needs a new one, and they said I could pass it on to him to use if I chose and actually wrote that on the note so there would be no issues about it.0
