Having served in Germany for many years,one of my favorite dishes is Currywurst I always keep a pack of Bratties on ice for this Germanic taste treat...Anyway,I found today,I'd ran out of curry ketchup until my order arrives,so I had a go at making some.

You need;

1/2 bottle Tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons Medium curry powder
Dash of Worcester sauce
A little sugar
Tablespoon olive oil.

Bung it all in a pan & heat until the curry powder looses it's harshness & merges with the tomato ketchup.Then stir in a tablespoon of olive oil & stir till mixed in.

Decant into a squeezy bottle.
