News of the World Closure: Bye Bye Captain Cash?

I completed a couple of offers on the site a while back which totalled, or should have totalled, £30 quid.
I've had nothing back from the site at all, even before this announcement today. Just wondering if it'll mean the money is forever lost or will the be contractually obligated to deal with all outstanding issues ?
Or could Captain Cash spin off into a seperate entity ?
And before someone feels the urge to remind me, yes I know there are better options like quidco and topcashback - I regret ever signing up to Captain Cash to be honest, but I'm not about to let £30 quid go if there's a chance of getting it back.
