Berberana marino spanish red in Tesco

Just saw this wine in Tesco. It's Berberana Marino Tempranillo spanish red light and fruity with blue screw top - 12% alc

and the SEL said £1.99. I bought the last two and just tried a glass and it's really nice. soft and fruity.

Don't know if this is misprice but I'm in South Wales - haven't checked online though. Haven't seen a bottle of wine in this country for two quid before and it's really nice :j

    just checked online and it's not listed so must be instore only or maybe a mistake

    is it standadrd bottle size eg 75cl

    this the 1, its not available at tesco wine

    This wasn't in my Tesco and as poster 3 says its a discontinued wine club wine. I suspect someone has bought this from the wine club and not collected or taken back to your store and they have sold it off. You were lucky to get it, well done anyway !
    Still virtually alcohol free since 4/1/15. (10 Xmas/ New Year/Birthday drinks)

    berberana is a good make, ive got a few berberana wines that were half price in morrisons.

    Well for £1.99 a bottle I'm chuffed.

    Am going to pop back to Tesco later and see if they have restocked the shelf. Will report back later if they have put more out but I think I just got lucky with a discontinued line there ;)

    Well guess what? I found another 2 bottles lurking at the back of the shelf mixed in with other varieties :j:beer:

    I'm so chuffed !!! I've had 4 bottles of wine for £8 and it's really nice wine too :D


    Don't think there'll be any more though :(
