I deal with Wescott on a regular basis as part of my self managed DMP. Never had any problems with them.
I do deal with all my creditors by written format only though.
I'm not too sure what it is your asking apart from that?0 -
I've delt with them, they can be a bit slow but not really many problems.Barclaycard 3800
Nothing to do but hibernate till spring

I find Wescot sickening! They just send nasty letters and wont accept a payment plan for a very small debt that i am disputing! Dont reply to letters either! x0

Hi
I'm new here, did a search for Wescot and it pointed me in this direction, so I hope this is the right place for this question.
Anyway, I have received a letter from Nelson Guest & Partners, and there is mention of Wescot Credit Services in all the address bumf.
The letter was addressed to 'the occupier' and it seems they are writing about me and they believe that I recently left this address and so they now want whoever is living there to supply them with my forwarding address.
So do I contact them and tell them that I haven't moved and ask where did they get that information from and what is this about? or what do I do?
I am concerned because I had a nasty letter from another dca, addressed in my old surname with regard to a debt that wasn't mine, I spoke to them and they have said that my name came up asscociated with the debtor and so they sent the letter to me as they were having no joy with the 'real person'.
So is this likely to be another one of those type things?
I just don't know what to do and that's why I am asking for help.
Thanks in advance x0
