I am currently filling out a form to try and get a ccj removed and I need to know firstly if I am the claimant or defendant?
also how do I know the court costs as it doesn’t say?
Do I answer it with a hearing or without a hearing?
and where do I send the forms to?
This all might sound silly but I would appreciate any help.
Thanks
