Can't say that I have spotted his new incarnation, it is normally quite easy
Can't say I've noticed that many new users on here recently apart from the usual silver rampers.

Seems to be less of the silver sockies lately - maybe he/ they found some medication that's more effective.
I thought renoman was good value - sometimes took it too seriously but don't we all - prefer that to the way things seem to have got more political.0 -

Managing a low variable rate and paying off the capital faster could make a fixed rate redundant.
I still think people with 20 years left should be fixed for 10 years as fixed rates have also dropped below what the old variable was.
Both are ways to secure the future0 -
