Thats because it's from Overclockers.co.uk, a site renowned for it's dire service ,rip off pricing and graphics card that come in jiffy bags. Just do a search for them on google, you will see horrendous customer service examples.
Stick with Ebuyer/Scan/Aria/Dabs for computer hardware :j
