Re Mortgage advice but have 1 CCJ

Please excuse my 1st post if I tread on toes
I would like to remortgage my house, it's currently in my name,
Unfortunately after a broken relationship with a gambler 5yrs ago I was left with £54,000 debts, this is now down to £20,000.
I have 1 CCJ which was for 16,000 and now is 9,000 that is included in the above total amount of 20,000.
I currently pay payplan £600 a month to pay my various debtors,
( hope ur keeping up!)
My house is worth 200,000 my mortgage is 115,000
I need to raise 21,000 to pay off the ex husband as the kids are approaching 18. I have a settled new partner who has excellent credit rating and mines not good, but I have never been behind on my mortgage.
Can anyone suggest a decent company/ financial advisor I can approach
for a mortgage or advice?
We would ideally like to pay off the ex and the debts, the 600 I pay payplan would go easily towards the new mortgage,
I hope thats enough info !!!
Thank you

Your options are limited. Selling the property to clear your debts entirely. Maybe an option worth considering. Then renting until such time as your in a position to purchase again.0
