I have just lost my whole 21 item basket at checkout, gutted :-(

someone suggested opening lots of tabs to get items into your basket. I'm trying this but how would I then get the items to combine into one order IF I ever get to that stage?

Are you sure its totally gone? Mine went but when i refreshed the page it appeared again!

Thats how i lost my order-it thought i was a new customer and started afresh with a 0 basket :mad:

I'm trying the tabs but I just get the spinning thing in all of them. I expect if it does eventually work I'll just (note the word 'just', lol!) need to refresh original basket. Have added nothing to mine for over an hour.

I went via Quidco but Lloyds site crashed so much ill be suprised if my orders track! And they are offering 6% cashback so ill be submitting a claim if they dont track:D

the website automatically updates the basket even if its on a new tab you just have to refresh the page
