i managed to get one by emailing customer services and saying thati've been a pay & go customer for a few years but that as i've got a 3g mobile (nokia6630) and only a normal sim card i cant take full advantage of my mobile can I get a 3g sim card otherwise I'll have to move to vodafone or orange who give away free sim cards.
The next day i got an email back saying can I send the details of my last top, 3 numbers I use regulary, mobile number etc so sent them and within a couple of hours I got an email saying they've just sent it out and lo and behold it arrived a few days later.
