Valuation Fee

I recently used on of the High street brokers for my mortgage, the charged the valuation fee of 305 on behalf of the bank. my property value is 76, 000 with 15 percent deposit. when i got my mortgage offer all the fees including the brokers fee were right but the valuation fee on the offer was 95 pound less what we have paid. i contacted my broker and he couldnt give me any reason for the discrepancy. can anybody help.?
