in IVA & DRO
Hi everyone i don't know what to do at the mom still bank with barclays and got a barclays credit card due paying 10 of july.Do i pay it or will they take the money anyway out of the account which as got money in it plus an overdraft on it. Have open an account with the coop just sorting it all out.My worry is not got a date for a creditors meeting yet so if i pay barclays will it not go down well with the other creditors thanks.:(

That was a hard sentence to read !
If you have started the ball rolling on going down an IVA then I would stop paying everyone !
They cannot take money out of your account if you are a few days or weeks late, but as soon as you start the IVA your overdraft and credit cards will disappear, so I would take all the money you can out of your bank account ASAP."Dream World" by The B Sharps....describes a lot of the posts in the Loans and Mortgage sections !!!0 -
