Mortgage Offer sent but a slightly wrong figure :(

Hi all,

I was wondering if there were any mortgage advisors about that could help. I have just had my mortgage offer sent to me, but there is a slight error with the purchase price of the house. On the offer it states the price is £178,000 but it is actually £178,995. This doesn't affect the loan amount or the LTV amount so should it be a problem for this to be rectified, or does it need rectified, or will it need to be fully underwritten again?

Thanks in Advance :)

You will just need to get the lender to reissue a revised offer letter with the correct price - if there is no problem with affordability or LTV or valuation then there shouldn't be a problem.
