Opinions of Circulation Booster Machine please

Has anyone tried the V3 Circulation Booster machine? If so could you let me know your opinion of it please.
My Mum is suffering from poor blood circulation in the lower legs and her feet swell up quite a bit with fluid retention. Having seen the advert for this machine and read a few articles about it, it seems it may be worth a try.
It does cost £199 though (can get it minus VAT if suffering from long term illness) so I would like to be fairly confident that it is going to be worth it before spending that sort of money.
