I have just moved office at work and now no longer have access to a fridge
Just wondered what you guys make for school lunches or other offices without fridges? Does soup and stuff last ok at room temp? Or would a flask be better? I usually like cottage cheese salad and things like that but don't like the idea of eating it warm. Same goes for sandwiches really. I'm veggie but a non-too-fussy one. Only thing i really dont like is quiche.

i have a little thermos bag that keeps my food nice and cool till i need it. think they about £5 in asda, though normally they only have them in summer. if i bring soup i use a flask and it stays nice and warm.'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0

Make up your sandwiches at the start of the week. Freeze them. Then use them as coolblocks to keep everything else cool. They should be fine to eat by lunchtime!0

You need a snackpack and an ice block. I freelance and never know what facilities there will be where I'm working so I use an insulated pack with an ice block (one of those blue ones) in the bottom for salad, sandwiches, etc and a second section for fruit, crisps at the top.
I make my own soup and freeze in single serve portions - if I take some of that I don't need the ice block.
