    Cheers for the advice, any ideas on what to do with the baliff when he comes knocking as the warrent has been reissued? I cant afford the money for the BR, rent and deposit yet until this months pay packet.

    Have alook at National Debtline's website - they have loads of useful factsheets and there is almost certainly one on warrants of execution.

    It seems you will be fine as long as you haven't let the bailiff in - if you have them things could be a little more complicated.
