    Yeah, but if they manage to increase the price by 10% on the one house out of 100 they did sell, well average prices will have increased 10%

    This is what I dont understand. Ok, so Sibley and Hamish own multiple properties each

    In Hamises case a house he bought in 2007 and a wee granny flat one of his ageing relatives is living in rent free.
    Hamish is a legend in his own mind, but a property baron he ain't.
