    put it all in a complaints letter, they'l either shut up OR become professional... put it about the doorstep call aswell. surely they need to notify you first. plus ignore all calls and further DCA's @ the door. never ever deal with them by any means other than a recorded letter.

    I only answered the door cos I was expecting a parcel and thought thats who it was. He didnt want to come in or anything, he said he didnt even know what my case was about, he is just instructed to come to the door and get me to make contact with the bank, and he then called them from his mobile and gave it to me to speak to them.

    He did say I could say hello and hang up for all he cared lol as long as he got me to speak to them.

    Is this a new way of hounding people for debt? Never heard of this before.
