Prize disaster

after being told I had won VIP wireless tickets via just dance on facebook I travelled to London but was let down by promoter I have emailed and attempted to tel since coming home but have been ignored, I have now written on just dance page and hope for support from them . If anyone would like to see comment on my post or offer me any suggestions as to what I should do next it would be appreciated thanks in advance fo any comments

have commented - hope you do get some sort of reimbursement - might be worth looking into reporting them to watchdog - or the other one - cant think of the name - always mentioned on here

Thanks tichylin I did think myself I am sure there is some dept which deals with prize problems a regulator or something but not sure who

Oh my goodness this is awful - there use to be a competitions complaints board but I am no longer sure if it still is going, I would go via watchdog as suggested by titchylin - they may have a number or address to contact.

just To update , Just Dance have said that their customers relations will contact me some time today, and I have had an email from person supplying prize , Who thinks That VIP depends on what they think of as VIP and not what I was told in the first place will update
