Follows on from this

1. Entrants to the free Prize Draw are bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The prize is for two people travelling together and is return economy flights from London Heathrow to any destination in China operated by Cathay Pacific, subject to availability. No accommodation or holiday insurance is included. Transport between the winner’s home and the airport is the responsibility of the winner. The price of food and drink and other incidentals are not included.
3. The Prize Draw is only open to residents of the UK, aged 18 and over. Entries are limited to one per person.
4. The prize is non-transferrable, non-endorsable, not redeemable for cash and must be used by the dates specified in clause 5 below.
5. The prize is valid for outbound travel from the 1st December 2011 to the 31 August 2012, excluding the blackout period of 9-23 December 2011 during which outbound flights may not be booked. The maximum stay is one year from the date of departure but flights departing from China may not be booked for the periods:
   
   London to Hong Kong: 25 June – 08 August, 03 – 31 December 2011
   Hong Kong to China: 30 September -10 October 2010
   Hong Kong to London: 08 July - 07 September, 17 - 24 December 2011
   China to Hong Kong: 27 September - 20 October 2011

6. Travel is on a return basis and is also valid for flights into one city and out of another, provided both cities are served by the Cathay Pacific network; travel within China will be at the winner’s own cost.
7. The winner must hold a full and valid 10-year machine-readable passport, which should be valid for a minimum of six months from the return date of travel. The winner must also obtain the necessary visa for entry into China. Passports and visas are the responsibility and cost of the winner.
8. Travel is subject to embargo periods and seat availability.
9. When contacting Cathay Pacific, winners must provide some flexibility in their date of travel. Cathay Pacific may not be able to confirm reservations on the preferred choice of dates.
10. In line with the EU Directive Denied Boarding Compensation is not applicable on free of charge tickets.
11. The tickets are valid on Cathay Pacific Airways operated flights (CX) only.
12. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw: (i) employees of any business involved or associated with the prize draw (including Halewood International and its associated companies, any appointed agency, including Mojofuel Limited, and any other agent or representative) and (ii) any such person’s family or household members.
13. Entry into the draw can be made by completing the online ‘nominate or vote’ application form at www.legacyoftaste.co.uk. The winner will be chosen at random from all nominations or votes received up to midnight BST on 31 August 2011.
14. The draw will take place on Friday 28th October 2011 by an independent judge and the winner will be notified by email and by post by 30th November 2011 and thereafter the winner's name may be posted on www.tsingtao-beer.co.uk and/or www.legacyoftaste.co.uk. In the event that a winner is not contactable for whatever reason the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
16. No purchase necessary. Entries will only be accepted via the stated channel in clause 13 above. No responsibility can be accepted for incomplete entries, or entries that are incorrectly completed or not received for whatever reason. Neither the Promoter nor any appointed agent will accept responsibility
